Çankaya Hospital for Orthopedic Care® is proud to announce that new fellows will be accepted to the International Visiting Fellowship Program led by Prof. Dr. N. Reha Tandogan, President of European Knee Associates Section of ESSKA.
The fellows will be exposed to a heavy surgical load of primary & revision hip and knee arthroplasty. Surgeries range from complex arthroscopic surgeries of the hip, knee, shoulder and ankle to Robotic total hip, total knee and partial knee arthroplasties. Open non-arthroplasty reconstructive knee surgery including osteotomies, patellar instability and multi-ligament reconstructions, reconstructive foot surgery and pediatric spine surgery are other areas of interest.
Five fully equipped operating theaters with specialized radiolucent spine surgery and hip arthroscopy tables, state of the art arthroscopic systems and advanced radiological imaging equipment are available. The fellow is expected to attend the journal club on Thursdays and grand rounds on Fridays. The fellowship period may vary from 5 days to 2 months.
Meals are available free of charge in the hospital cafeteria. Airport transfers can be arranged free of charge. No other financial support is possible. There are many 3 to 5 star hotels within walking distance of the hospital and accommodation can be reserved with discounted rates depending on the fellows’ needs.

Our Hospital accepts fellows who are eager to broaden their surgical experience and who can communicate in English or in Turkish. Interested orthopedic surgeons are kindly asked to provide following documents.

- A letter of reference from their department head or an active member of ISAKOS or ESSKA.
